In-Home Tech Help – $70/hr
I come to you (Medina and nearby areas) and sit down one-on-one to help with phones, tablets, computers, smart TVs, and more. We go at your pace, with clear explanations and no jargon.
- Smartphone, tablet, and computer basics
- Email, photos, texting, and printing
- Zoom and online fitness or church services
- Wi-Fi, streaming, and smart TV setup
Remote Safe Session – $45/hr
For many questions, we can work together by phone or secure screen-sharing. This is a great option for quick questions or when you just need a second set of eyes.
- Checking if emails or pop-ups look suspicious
- Simple settings changes and updates
- Help joining online classes or calls
You’re always in control. Nothing happens without your approval, and you can end the session at any time.
Tech Tune-Up – $120 for 90 minutes
A focused session to clean things up and get everything working the way you want.
- Organizing your home screen and apps
- Removing obvious junk and confusion
- Testing Zoom, sound, and camera
- Reviewing common scams and how to stay safer online
Tech Safety Check-In — $25/month
A scheduled 10–15 minute monthly check-in (phone or remote) to review scams, updates, and security settings — plus priority scheduling.
- Monthly scam + safety review
- Updates, passwords, and security quick audit
- Priority scheduling for your booked check-in
- Not unlimited unscheduled calls
For urgent one-off help, you can still book a Remote Safe Session or an in-home visit.
